Thanks for your hard work! The "Aggressive Payment Plan"
which we have established, allows us to cut and mail your
check within 48 hours of receiving the tracking information
from your completed signing. The first thing you must do is
make sure we have your W9
- there is a link above right that will take you to a form
which you can fill out, save to your desktop, then email to
mailto:billingz@signingz.com
This is very important! We cannot pay you without having this
on file.
There are two steps we need you to complete in order for us
to pay you this quickly:
You will receive a call from our post-closing
department the night before your closing. At this time
we will remind you of your closing. IMPORTANT: If we
cannot reach you at all the night before your signing,
we may have to replace you. So please, make sure we
have all the contact information we need for you! Including
your W9!
We ask that you call us immediately
after your completed closing with the tracking information
AND send us an email with the same
information. Be sure to include the borrower name and
loan or order number.
Some general practice we would like all notaries
to employ with our signingz:
Please EMAIL us with
any concerns or problems you have with signings. We appreciate
the timeliness of a call, but we want you to email
us an explanation along with the phone call.
You can EMAIL us as soon as possible if you're not able to
do it immediately, but please do both. We believe in 100%
quality control and that is one way we can help guarantee
it. Teamwork!
Thanks again
for your hard work!
Call 866-618-SIGN with your questions.
Once you have
completed your signing:
Hit "reply" (not "reply all") to the emailed
work order & type the information:
The tracking number (and which delivery
service it is for).
The borrower name and loan/order number.
Any "notarial issues" that
you think the Title Company should know of.
All questions regarding billing and invoicing can be emailed
to billingz@signingz.com
We do not require an invoice. Please don't
send them.
We appreciate all the feedback we get - make sure to check
out the feedback page, and feel free to give us some yourself;
we are always interested in making improvements to our procedures!
